You choose the level of marketing and service you want and pay only for that tier. The calculator compares our tiers to a hypothetical 3% listing fee so you can see the difference in dollars. It's an illustration, not a promise of any sale price or net amount.

Calls answered 24/7 (after hours by our AI assistant). On Gold and Platinum, we show your home to unrepresented buyers. On Silver, you host those showings yourself. If Sanchez Group also brings the buyer, an additional 1% is added at closing (with written consent from both parties).

Cancel Anytime promise: you can cancel your listing anytime, with no cancellation fee. If you cancel, a 90-day protection period applies only to buyers who toured your home or made an offer during the listing. You will get that list in writing when you cancel. See your listing agreement. Terms are in your listing agreement.
