Who we are
Keep More AZ, the low-fee listing program from Jesus Sanchez | Sanchez Group Keep More AZ | Sanchez Group is the program name. Jesus Sanchez, REALTOR® (AZ License SA709230000), is a licensed real estate salesperson with Sanchez Group, 3707 E Southern Ave #1074, Mesa, AZ 85206. All real estate services are provided through Real Broker AZ, LLC.
No agreement until signed
Information on this site is general and is not an offer or a contract. A brokerage relationship begins only when you sign a written listing agreement with Real Broker AZ, LLC. Your listing agreement controls the services, fees and terms for your sale.
Cancel Anytime promise
Cancel Anytime promise: You can cancel your listing anytime, with no cancellation fee. Terms are in your listing agreement. If you cancel, a 90-day protection period applies only to buyers who toured your home or made an offer during the listing. You will get that list in writing when you cancel. See your listing agreement.
Fees
Our published price list is our standard offer to every seller. Real estate commissions and fees are not set by law and are negotiable. No upfront fees. Every listing has a $299 transaction fee due at closing. Nothing is paid upfront. Your listing agreement controls. The tier fee is a percentage of the final sale price, and both are due at closing. If Sanchez Group also brings the buyer, an additional 1% is added at closing (with written consent from both parties). Listing fees shown on this site are the listing brokerage's fees only. Compensation to a buyer's broker, if any, is separate and negotiable. Services vary by tier and are spelled out in your listing agreement. Pricing may change; the fee in your signed listing agreement applies.
